At the age of fourteen, he began to work summers in restaurants while continuing his studies, until at age 19 he decided to leave university and focus on cooking. He already dominates Mediterranean, local and Italian cuisine.
He begins to devour courses and to “run kitchens”, until he becomes a chef with 29 years of age. At that moment, he decides that it is time to travel to finish his seasons in Ibiza.
Mexico, Peru, Japan, Thailandia extend their recipe, which now benefit their customers Punto Gastro Catering and its students from the school of cuisine of Ibiza.
